Collective redundancies: evaluation of the family dependent criteria

The family dependent criteria shall be construed in a flexible way – and burdens the employer to assess all relevant factual situations – as the ratio is to have regard to the actual economic situation of individual redundant workers, in order to identify those less socially weak.
