Collective dismissal and communication under art 7, Law 604/1966

To start multiple procedures under Article 7 of Law 604/1966, for the same economic reasons, itself does not count for the purposes of calculating the minimum number of five dismissals that triggers the opening of the collective dismissal procedure. This is the important principle that emerges from the judgment of the Court of Cassation n. 15118/2021.
