US multinational Company fire for just cause its Managing Director and win the following lawsuit

Our Managing Partner, Marco Tesoro, successfully assisted a US multinational Company in firing for just cause its Managing Director and winning the following lawsuit.
In particular, the executive while on sick leave for lumbosciatica went off to Istanbul to see a football match and then drove the Company car. The executive was fired and then sued the Company, claiming the dismissal was unlawful and asking for +€300,000 as damages.
The Tribunal of Milan rejected the Court claim and sentenced the executive to pay legal fees in favor of the Company.
